After some two years of planning, in late April we were finally in a position to submit the building application for a high-rise residential building in the Leutschenbach area of Zurich-Seebach. Previously, Leutschenbach’s main claim to fame was as home to the Swiss radio and TV studios, but before too long the central part of the district will also have an influx of new residents. A little over 220 spacious rental apartments, most of them with 1 or 2 bedrooms, are being created in the Swiss Life high-rise.
Our design for the high-rise apartment block “Sorrento” for Mettler2Invest has taken an important step towards realization. With the submission of the building application we will enter the tender phase. A small “goodie” before we enter the next phase. A colourful interpretation of our project by our intern Michał Pietrusiewicz for a publication in the “Zurich Bahnhofstrasse Magazine”.
