With its unique selection of materials, this high-rise in the park exudes personality and elegance. The white Alucobond® exterior shell is striking it its simplicity, and cost-effective to boot. The meticulous design draws out the sculptural feel of the building, while the suspended balconies give the high-rise a distinctive look. The Sorrento offers residential units from the ground floor to the 20th storey. With just four pillars on the inside of the slabs, the structural concept offers maximum flexibility in terms of floor plan design. All of the roughly 120 apartments have direct balcony access from the living and dining area.
