New building
Architecture
This complex, consisting of seven buildings, will in the future form a local sub-centre.
Planning 2016

This local sub-centre will define the heterogeneous district with its architecture. Using an open style of construction development as well as staggered building heights, the complex mediates between the large-scale buildings to the north and less dense housing to the south. The northern section, where the ground floors are for public use, incorporates a tree-lined neighbourhood plaza. This forms a prelude to a series of open spaces that continue into the southern part. The outside areas feature different intensities of use and provide those living in the quarter with spaces for exercise and meeting up with others away from traffic.
