In Zurich's Seefeld district, two properties from 1961 and 1973 are expanded and merged into a new, representative and efficiently installed office building.

The two properties from 1961 and 1973 were restored and merged together to form a new office building. This involved aligning floor heights, load-bearing structures and access areas. An additional stairway was built in order to meet requirements for escape routes and earthquake resistance. This also guarantees flexible distribution of space. The two buildings have also been merged together on the exterior and attest to the simultaneous and extensive conversion. Prefabricated elements fit together to form a punctuated façade. Only the different window formats remain as a reference to the past.
