Tenant fit-out of the in-house Café with 37 seats and seminar room in collaboration with the EF Education First design & creative team.

The Lingo Café gives the EF Education First language school, which is now located in the «Neue Börse», a face to the public space. The granite laid outside flows through the glazed, tapered café. Its backbone is formed by a blue-tiled bar counter and a wooden center. Solid oak moldings structure the closed body and turn it into elegant, space-defining furniture. It conceals a small kitchen, a toilet and storage space. Opposite the café is another room with the same geometry, which is available for seminars. Equipped with a large screen, it becomes a second shop window for the language school.
