Private project competition by invitation, single-stage, anonymous procedure with six architectural firms and landscape architects.
The unique location of the former industrial area between the lakeshore in the north and the busy street in the south represents a challenge for the orientation of the apartments. Three five-story row buildings along Seestrasse determine the appearance. The base zone contains businesses, and above there are rental apartments. The western end is formed by two houses with commercial uses and small apartments. Protected from traffic noise, there is a park-like environment on the north side of the development adjacent to the street, in which there are seven additional residential buildings. These are characterized by a three-wing basic structure and contain high-quality condominiums.
