One aim of converting the building is to create premium rental apartments in the south-western half.
Planning 2011
The office building, designed by Haefeli Moser Steiger architects in 1967, lies in Zurich’s Seefeld district, at the point where dense urban development borders a park-like residential area. The structure is separated into two parts. One aim of converting the building is to create premium rental apartments in the south-western half. Whatever their size, every apartment covers the entire depth of the building to give them all an aspect facing the park. A large proportion of the apartments are designed as maisonettes. The north-eastern half of the building will continue to house offices arranged around a central core.
