Extensive green spaces characterise this site in the western part of St. Gallen. By designing a large-scale development comprising two bracket-shaped buildings that hug the local terrain, the landscape is preserved and an open courtyard space created. The development can be accessed via an open square on the approach road to the south. In the north, the courtyard area blends seamlessly into the landscape. The curvature and offset building arrangement ensures that all apartments enjoy sweeping views to the west. The staggered layouts break up the development, highlighting the individual entrances and creating apartments with multiple orientations.
